She has Certificates in Healthcare Quality Principles, Project Management Fundamentals, and Introduction to SQL. Chastity’s experience consists of billing/coding, collections, completing/submitting credentialing paperwork, and quality management in Physician practices and hospitals.
John Alexander is the COO. He has more than twenty years of experience in management, training, finance, and human resources. John has earned a MBA and two certifications in Human Resources: PHR and CEBS.
